Just one slap…
On the face of the society.

Thank you Anubhav Sinha for giving us this film. This was indeed a need of an hour. We all live in a society where women are conditioned to be silent, to bear the pain, to bear the insult, to not raise voice and stand for anyone or even for her self-respect.

Though the subject was strong, the film looks a little stretched. The casting was on point. Nicely delivered script. Dialogues stood out. It was simple yet impactful. Some may not like the film and criticize it by saying, how by ‘Just one slap’ she forgot the bond she shares with her husband. But that’s exactly the point of the film. Just One slap and it thrashed her self-respect and destroyed her relationship with the one she loved the most.

Tapsee Pannu has delivered one more film that we are proud of as a viewer. If you haven’t watched the film yet, you are missing on a good piece of art.
