The story is gripping, beautifully narrated, emotional and at the same time warns us all to be aware of people in our surroundings. It also subtly highlights how a woman is seen as an object and how easily men take advantage of her and abuse her, irrespective of her age.
The little girl portrayed her character so beautifully and effortlessly. And of course, Siddharth (Chithha) is exceptionally captivating as his character. Very convincing and selfless acting. I loved the movie because it will make you think twice before letting your child mingle with any person.

The relationship between Sundari and Eeswaran is that of an uncle and niece. But it is so precisely portrayed that he even scolds her as a mother and protects her as a father yet this fragile relationship does not hamper the mother’s trust towards her husband's brother. Such a pure relationship between all the characters. Truly commendable to the director for such crisp writing and the actors for executing the director’s vision.

The entire film was shot on live location, making it even more raw and unfiltered.
The music is good. The songs are beautifully shot.

In the trend where movies are either copied or inspired, it is so refreshing to watch an original film like Chithha.
If you haven’t seen the film, please go and watch it now. It's streaming on Amazon Prime.
